Cultural Competence Assessment

​The Cultural Inventory measures departmental capacity for culturally and linguistically competent care or services. The Inventory focuses on 4 of 7 Lewin Profile Domains selected by the Panel

The Cultural Survey complements the Inventory. The Inventory measures capacity and the Survey describes experiences and behaviors. Greater participation increases the analytical power and political credibility of the Survey. Survey Templates are specific to departmental cultures: Different templates for each of 5 cultures.
